Because Crumbly products are food items prepared and packed for customers, we have a limited cancellation, return and refund policy.

1. Order Cancellation

Orders cannot be cancelled after payment has been successfully completed.

Before completing payment, please carefully verify:

• Product
• Flavour
• Quantity
• Delivery address
• Phone number
• Email address

Once payment is completed, the order enters our processing workflow and cannot generally be cancelled.

This policy is subject to applicable law and does not limit any consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

2. Returns

Because our products are food items, we generally do not accept returns of correctly delivered products.

We cannot accept returns simply because:

• You changed your mind
• You ordered the wrong flavour
• You ordered the wrong quantity
• You no longer require the product
• You entered an incorrect address

Please check your order carefully before making payment.

3. Damaged Products

If your Crumbly order arrives damaged, contact us as soon as possible after delivery.

Please provide:

• Order number
• Clear photographs of the outer package
• Clear photographs of the damaged product
• Video/photos where useful
• A short description of the issue

Our team will review the information and determine whether a replacement or refund is appropriate.

4. Incorrect Products

If we send you a product that does not match your confirmed order, please contact us with your order number and photographs of the product received.

After verification, we may offer an appropriate resolution, which may include replacement or refund where applicable.

5. Missing Items

If an item is missing from your order, notify us promptly.

We will verify your order and packing information and, where the claim is accepted, arrange an appropriate resolution.

6. Refunds

Where a refund is approved, it will generally be processed through the original payment method, subject to the processing timelines of the relevant payment provider.

The time taken for the amount to reflect in your account may vary depending on the payment method and financial institution.

7. Refund Exclusions

Refunds will generally not be provided for:

• Change of mind
• Incorrect flavour selected by the customer
• Incorrect quantity selected by the customer
• Incorrect delivery information provided by the customer
• Customer refusal to accept a correctly delivered order
• Products that have been opened, consumed or mishandled after delivery
• Delays caused by incorrect customer information or customer unavailability

These exclusions remain subject to applicable law.

8. Quality Concerns

We take product quality seriously.

If you believe there is a genuine quality issue with your Crumbly order, please contact us promptly with your order number and relevant photographs/videos.

We will review the matter and work toward an appropriate resolution.
