We ship pan-India by surface courier. Your tracking ID arrives by email and WhatsApp as soon as your box ships, and you can follow every step on our Track Order page.
WhatsApp us photos of the box within 48 hours of delivery and we'll send a replacement or refund you. We're prepaid only (UPI, cards, net banking), and because cookies are food we can't take back a box that arrived fine. Read the refund policy.
